CurlFit is a curling fitness series designed to help curling athletes improve their strength flexibility and performance on the ice. In each 45-minute session we’ll incorporate a mix of strengthening cardio and range-of-motion work to prepare your body for two+ hours on the ice. Whether you're a seasoned player or just starting out this series is perfect for anyone looking to take their game to the next level.
CurlFit is exclusive to the Vancouver Curling Club and sessions are held in the boardroom (just off the lounge).
